My husband and I had been having horrible back and neck pain. Ordered this mattress and since both of us have slept like babies. Although we are not fans of the pillows the mattress is amazing. On the firmer side but it’s perfect for us.

Everything I ever wanted in a more expensive mattress ...

Wow! Other than the time it took to ship, no complaints on this bed. We tried several of the others ... like the Sleep Comfort i10 (too hot), Leesa (too firm), ect. TempurPedic was next, but wanted to try this bed first - and we're glad we did.
Just the right amount of firmness for both of us (long time back pain sufferers), and unlike some other beds we've tried - we don't wake up in the middle of the night having to throw all the covers off because we're too hot!
And for the cost - probably the highest value mattress on the market. We love it ... and highly recommend it.

Comfortable but thin

The mattress is comfortable but it only measured barely 9.5 inches instead of the 11 inches it claims on the website. I am hoping this is just a defect and they make it right. Really do like the mattress, just is too low for my bed.

From the time it expanded, my wife and I fell, literally on the mattress, in love. The past week of sleep has been wonderful.

The mattress is fine. Similar to others available online for similar prices. I've had it for just a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to how well it holds up, but so far so good.
My issues are more with the way the company itself is run. If you're always going to charge the same price, then make that the price, rather than pretending it's some new sale every week, which feels like the sort of sales gimmick people are trying to avoid by buying online. Delivery was slower than promised, and the "free" pillows that I was told upon ordering would be here before my mattress have yet to even ship.
So even though the mattress itself is just fine, I wouldn't say it's worth dealing with everything else. Equally good mattresses can be had at similar prices from more professionally run businesses.

After waiting & waiting we finally got the mattress!! We are pleased although we did put a topper on the mattress because to us it is way too hard for our taste!
