Why so many thumbs down???

I am totaling buying this mattress bc of all the amazing reviews-but why have so many people hit the thumbs down buttons? I’m assuming they were pressed by mistake. People love these mattresses! The reviews are amazing! Can not WAIT to receive my nectar!!

So far the shipment was quick. I got my bed and two
Pillows. Waiting for the base, sheets and protector. I’m waiting 72 hours to lay on the bed. Hopefully the rest will come soon.

Not worth the money

Did not sleep as comfortably as advertised. I don’t believe it is worth the money. We got 2 pillows with our purchase as well and they are impossible to sleep on. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks and we are so unsatisfied. The mattress can’t be returned for 30 days which would have already been but it took 20 days for us to receive our mattress in the first place so now we have a mattress sitting in our bedroom and we are sleeping on the sofa. I am pregnant and this situation is now ridiculously uncomfortable. The smell when it is first opened is nauseating and I can still smell it from the pillows.

This is the worst purchase ever made. The wood slats came bent and the is so uncomfortable. The mattress is so uncomfortable. The cover o got was from Khols I’m so disappointed on the money I spent on this!

Purchased mattress had problem with mattress getting lopsided. Contacted Nectar n they requested all types of pictures of mattress in order to make determination. I am 72 yrs of agen live alone in order to get pictures as requested by Nectar had to pay someone to come in to move my mattress in order to take pictures requested by Nectar. Sent all pictures n never heard from Nectar about 3 weeks ago I contacted Nectar again n again they’re asking a repeat of pictures that were previously sent to them. Buyers beware Nectar is not very good in giving good customer

So far so GREAT!

Its only been 3 nights so far, but all 3 have been great! I've woke up with NO Back or Shoulder pain for the first time in years! My Tempur-pedic mattress is going bye-bye. Thanks Nectar! We love the pillows too!

Best mattress so far

Bought 3 mattresses for a vacation rental. We have slept on the king twice for a week and are convinced we will be purchasing this type of mattress for our permanent home. Our daughter slept on a twin and commented that she liked it better than the brand she had purchased for her apt. I think it would be comfortable for firm, as well as soft mattresses lovers. I like the Nectar frame also. Much more stable than the traditional metal ones. I even like the pillows that come with the mattresses. I do wish I could think of good uses for the bags that cover the products for shipping. Don't like sending them to the landfill.
