Soft and firm

The mattress was amazing in the beginning but we feel like it is already flattening out a little and it is just past our one year of having it. We are concerned about the longevity of it's time with us. Past mattresses start with flattening out then eventually dip. We are disappointed that we just missed our 1 yr purchase date by a few days, to request a return. We had high hopes for this mattress when we first received it and even suggested for several family members to purchase.

Hoping it gets better

Very easy ordering process, and quick delivery. The bed expanded to full size with some minor adjusting to the cover to give room at all four corners. Mattress stays cool while sleeping, however, is quite firm and a bit uncomfortable when sleeping in any position. Hoping my body adjusts, and the feel of the mattress gets better.

Purchasing my new Nectar was very easy. It arrived in a timely manner.
It was very easy to get out of the packaging and I did not notice any odor from the "off-gassing" that I read about in other reviews.
WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!!
I ordered a Medium and it is a little firm for me. I think I might just need to get used to it ...maybe I just need an adjustment period. I will give it a couple of weeks.

Better than expected

I am very pleased with our purchase so far. It arrived on a rainy day, however it was so well packaged and protected I was impressed. After the somewhat simple set up we went out for dinner. When we returned home that night the bed was ready for us to enjoy. I must say we both slept well. We only get to sleep on this bed on some weekends, but feel good about “my” decision so far.
