I was apprehensive about ordering a mattress online. I have been pleasantly surprised. This mattress for exceeded my expectations. It's the best mattress I've ever owned!!

Best mattress ever!

I was skeptical and worried about buying a mattress through the mail I’m so glad I did. I have fibromyalgia and haven’t had a full night sleep in a LONG time, plus we do shift work so good sleep is already difficult. I’ve had the bed a few months now and I can say BUY THIS BED. Not too firm, not too soft, JUST right. (IfI was a blonde I’d say I was Goldilocks, but alas - brunette here.)

MY EXPERIENCE!

I received mine yesterday. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 2 months ago and I’ve been having a hard time sleeping somewhere that can help me relax. My old mattress was sinking, especially on my husbands side. Being the sole provider of our home, i NEED him to get a good nights rest! I was a bit skeptical due to the horrible reviews but during this whole Covid-19 issue and having to be home, We needed something. I was still super nervous with the reviews that even after my impulse to order, I tried to cancel the order. I found reviews that stated that their big issue was with shipping. So I contacted Nectar through all types of social media to have a tracking number. I finally got a response and This was the BEST for me. I was notified through the whole process. Let me just say, my husband and I slept sooooo great! I will however say, it stinks and I needed to air it out all day but I know that will go away. But I love my new mattress!!!! And the free sheets are super soft! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!

This mattress was not what is advertised. It hurts my back and neck and I'm unable to sleep because of the the fact that I sink in to the mattress. There was no speedy delivery, it took 5 weeks to deliver and I did not get my FREE pillows. When I tried to cancel the order after 2 weeks of waiting for the delivery I tried to cancel the order and was unable to. When I tried out the mattress and didn’t like, there no one to contact and nobody returned my emails, AGAIN. In the end there mattress SUCKS and everything list on the the website is a lie.

Bed part COVID-19

Frame was poorly built

Our daughter purchased the bed for us. The mattress has been great. Loved it from the first time I laid on it. However the frame was manufactured poorly, it appears to have been built with scrap wood. The bottom cord of one support split apart, both center supports were factory assembled upside down, had we put it together as directed the legs would have been pointing upward. Suggest Nectar review the vendor for QC.

Great Mattress

I have had the set for one week now. I bought the powered frame, the mattress, and got the resident bedding set as well. Here is what I have found so far:
The Bed Frame: works great, though the Frame did not arrive with all the features it advertised, specifically only two of the three vibrator sections were present and the remote only had options for two, the head and foot. The Under bed control unit had a space for a lumbar but no attached or included device. The usb points were in a different position then in the picture, which is not a problem, however when I plugged my Android Phone and my work Iphone into one side the usb ports appeared to be cutting in and out, until i unplugged one.
The Mattress: So far the Mattress is amazing, I am sleeping better than i have in a while. The mattress also came with two pillows included which are made from scrap chunks of memory foam. Which is less than Ideal but Since they come with the Mattress and the sheet set came with much better Pillows its not really a complaint they are extra pillows.
The sheet set: After the first night the sheets almost feel like there is nothing there and when paired with a plush blanket for winter its amazing. The pillows are very comfortable in any of the bed positions.
