Doing what we wanted it to.

I purchased the bed for my 89 year old wife. She has been in 3 wrecks and has a very bad back, requiring her to take 4 high powered pain pills daily to subdue the pain. After the first night's sleep, she got up the next morning with no pain at all-second night was much the same.

Sleeping through the night

I am sure you all have read the reviews of the time it takes from ordering to actually receiving the mattress,yes it does take a while. However, I ordered knowing that I was not going to get it right away. I expected about a month delay, and I actually got it in about 3. I will also add that I did send a few emails and I always received very quick responses. Now lets talk about the mattress itself. I am a side sleeper and prefer a firmer mattress, which works out well with this mattress. I had my previous mattress much longer than I should have considering how many times a night I woke up. Since I began sleeping on the Nectar, I have had many nights where I have not woke up during the night and on the bad nights I am only waking up once per night, so I am getting better sleep than I was with the old mattress. I have not had it for too long so I suppose things could change, but for now I am very happy with my purchase. To sum everything up, I found this mattress to be worth the wait.

Worst service ever!!!

I order my bed with the adjustable frame all my items came in at different times I have my mattress on the floor over 30 days now I sent emails tried calling chatting and can’t get thru to no one they took the money fast but no one can tell me where’s my frame it’s fine if your backed up but at least communicate with me weeks since anyone contacted me worst service ever I regret ever buying anything here I work hard for my money !!!!

The worst company I've ever bought anything from the bed frame that came with the package broke not even 3 months in the bed frame is made very poorly the mattress cause back pain I tried to get a new frame for months now and I got the runaround do not buy from this company

So uncomfortable.

After researching and reading so many positive reviews I chose a nectar mattress. We bought in February and I don’t think I’ve had a good night of sleep since then. When I tried to return it I would get the run around and finally got talked into getting part of my money back to keep the bed instead of returning with a full refund. I regret that decision SO much. My body constantly hurts from this bed and never had that issue with my cheap spring bed I had prior.

Love Nectar!

Researched mattresses online and in person for quite some time. Old mattress had a concave divot where I normally slept which made it uncomfortable. Was skeptical about memory foam as I get hot as the night wears on. Nectar had the 365 day trial period, was not too expensive and came with 2 FREE pillows. The trial period sold me. I ordered and it came relatively quickly. The only drawback is there were no instructions. I mistakenly cut the plastic in my entry way and it began to inflate like a rubber raft. This made lugging it up my stairs a big challenge. The cover on the mattress got ripped while trying to get it up and over the bed frame. This made me sad as it was brand new. HOW do I get a new mattress cover????
I've slept on it for over a year and absolutely love it. It's the right firmness and prevents your hips/shoulders from hurting.

Don't expect an easy return

The base is literally made if the cheapest thinest wood I have ever seen and it's put together with staples!! Yeah a king size bed frame is put together with staples!! They have given me the hardest time trying to return my base! I literally fixed it with my own time and money!! I put real wood and screws in this thing and they are still going to make me dispose of it to get my money back!! So now I want the whole bed refunded!! I'm about to call the BBB on these people this whole thing is ridiculous and they have waisted so much of my time!!
