So Far, So Good

It expands quickly (about 3 hours) to its full 11 inches. I’ve only slept on it 5 nights, but it feels amazing so far!

Pretty darn good

I have multiple combat tours under my belt and my body feels like it, or i should say used to feel like it. I can sleep pretty sound, wake up refreshed and don't have to move around constantly due to pain. I have had the mattress a week but for that week I have not woke up sounding like a bowl of rice crispies, and sleep through the night. There is an odor, but it dissipates in a day or so. I was concerned with the shipping as some reviews are completely negative due to the shipping, i'm sure experiences vary but My experience was flawless.

You need this bed!!

The shipping took a little long but Bettina helped me every step of the way and reassured me my order was soon on its way. I ordered a queen, and although I wasn't expecting a smell, it actually wasn't too bad and I read that it was normal. The first night was a little uncomfortable, not was I was used to after sleeping on a spring mattress my whole life. After the first night, Ive been sleeping like a baby! I got 2 free pillow, they're huge! Too huge I thought at first, but they too are soooo comfy. My neck has the perfect amount of support and I don't wake up in pain. Well worth it!

Night and Day difference!

This mattress is light years ahead of our old pillow-top innerspring mattress. My wife and I are sleeping better than we have in years with no more back and shoulder pain. Shipment was a little behind due to demand but it was well worth the wait.

We purchased nectar bed for our new home but had to wait 30 days to use it waiting for construction completion. With the 365 day trial this was no concern with others there would have been a problem.
The first night sleep was great. We love it!
Every night its a great rest. We will be purchasing another for our guest room!

Terrible Service

The main phone # doesnt go through due to how busy they are. The live chat is always stuck around 400 deep. They have never replied to my emails (multiple). Shipment is late and only the mattress arrived/no Headboard or base. Guess ill sleep on the floor lol. Very unhappy. Hopefully bed is comfortable after all this!!!!!! WHERES MY HEADBOARD AND BASE????!
