It does not ship in 3 - 5 business days

I am on day 8 and nothing from Nectar, and I have to do all the contacting. They did not even send a tracking number. While the reps I have been talking with are very nice, it does not change the fact all the advertising says 3 - 5 business days and if a problem, we will contact you. NOPE. Not true!

Stopped working after 4 months and now they wont answer my calls... absolute joke of a company. I’d give them 0 stars if that was possible

Missing items in my shipment

The mattress took almost a month to arrive. I still am missing the mattress pad. The pillows are not comfortable. The mattress itself is okay, but a bit firm for my taste. Buy this if you want to wait a long time for delivery and are willing to accept incomplete order. The company claims this is because of coved 19, which is very possible, but they are still advertising short delivery times.

I have always slept on my stomach but the last few years, I wasn't able to due to lower back pain and the stiffness. I started sleeping on my side and it was so uncomfortable so most nights I tossed and turned trying to get into the best position. I just got my Nectar mattress last Monday... and it's been so wonderful to be able to sleep on my stomach again! Tossing and turning are no longer my problem, thanks to Nectar! :)

Disappointed with the service and the mattress

Bought it in December, first they shipped the wrong size for the foundation. Then it arrives and we had being giving it a chance. Unfortunately didn’t work for us. And the 365 trial is a lie. I am trying multiple times and Channels to get it returned and so far nothing.

Mattress is fabulous. Absolutely love it! Comfortable, not to soft, not to hard, just perfect. No more achy muscles in the morning. Wake refreshed. Fall asleep fast. Its just wonderful.

Mattress if fine, shipping process is horrendous

Ordered my mattress, foundation, pillows, sheets and mattress protector June 29th. Received my mattress and pillow July 14. Sheet came about two weeks after that. It’s August 6th and I still haven’t received my foundation to PUT my mattress ON. I keep checking the order status. This isn’t a shipping delay - the mattress protector order has not even been filled yet, which was what happened with the other items as well. I finally opened the mattress because I was tired of waiting. It’s fine. Very soft and squishy. Not firm. But supportive enough when you are fully lying down. I would not do it over again.

Literally the largest piece of junk

I wouldn’t buy the Nectar bed frame again if it were the last frame on earth.
Not only has it broke while lying flat watching a movie, but the quality is so poor that a homeless mans cardboard box bed in the city has more durability.
I rate this -0/10...honestly, it’s more pleasurable writing this review that it will be the day this pandemic is over.
God bless to anyone who wastes their money on this plastic hunk of junk.
