Back pain

It took several nights to get the back pain relief I was expecting to get from the Nectar sleep system but after aprx. 3 weeks I am waking most mornings with very little back pain which I hope continues to improve every morning.

LOVE IT!

We previously owned the more expensive competitor's mattress and it was time for a new one. LOVE the Nectar! Sleep on this mattress is exactly the same as on the one that cost 4 times the price! The Nectar pillow is the first pillow in years and doesn't have me waking up with a crick in my neck! If you are on the fence, BUY THIS MATTRESS!! You will not be disappointed!

Our mattress arrived when we were vacationing so we were a week late in trying it out. We've slept on it for 4 nights and so far, it's been great. My husband and I are sleeping harder and longer than before. The Nectar is very comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because it took so long to arrive and their customer service needs improvement.

Bought the mattress last year. Ordered and the confirmation email was sent to us stating that our order will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Waiting one full month before I reached out to them regarding the mattress order. Still waited another solid month before our mattress was shipped. Now I purchase a replacement mattress protector and guess what. I'm on business day 15 when they said the order would be processed within 5 to 7 buiness days. Perhaps the ordering should state "Thank you for the money, we will get your items when we feel like it."

Nectar has trouble meeting order demands.

Currently my order is waiting in warehouse to be ship and Nextsr has no idea when that will happen. As of now it looks like I won’t get my order until mid-late October. I placed my order on September 12. Just be aware that they are really backup if you choose to order from them. Look at there twitter account. It’s full of customers with similar issues.

Very comfortable

Great so far!

We received our Nectar mattress yesterday and experienced our first night's sleep. It was great. My husband likes a very firm mattress and I like soft. Somehow, the Nectar worked for us both. My husband is a former football player and is very big and heavy. I am a small person. Not sure how Nectar figured out how to make that work, but it appears that they did. I hope Nectar's workmanship holds up.
