Super firm

I don’t need to finish my 30 days sleep to know this is too firm for most. You can feel your sink in but it doesn’t help. Just sitting on it your butt and heels ache instantly. This is about an 8/10 firmness.

The mattress was the best decision we’ve made in a long time. I’ve had several back surgeries and I’m always in pain but for the first time in a lot of years I don’t wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed. The mattress has been a definite game changer for me, I love it!

This is the mattress to get

I bought this mattress in August of 2018. Prior to that time I had a firm mattress but with my back pain I found I could only sleep on my stomach, maybe a little on my back, and never on my side. Even on my stomach I had to bend my right leg to get my back in a position that prevented discomfort. Almost immediately with the Nectar mattress I found that I could sleep not only on my stomach, but on my back, and on my side without any back pain. Things have been great ever since and I love that I can hardly notice when my wife gets in or out of bed or changes position in bed. I heard about the issue of a lack of support at the edges but I have not found that to be the case. My dog pushes me right up to the edge of the bed but I find that I still have the same amount of support at the edge as I do toward the center of the bed. I also hear that the mattress retains heat more that a spring mattress. I live in the desert southwest and so far I can't say that I have noticed that. So what is my negative comment concerning this mattress? It is noticeably heavier than a regular mattress, but once in place it does not need to be occasionally be turned over or flipped end for end as with a regular spring mattress. I highly recommend this mattress for anyone with back issues. You can buy a more expensive mattress but I can't imagine one being better than this.
