Met my expectations

I have waited a couple months to write this review. I wanted to give the mattress some time to settle in and to judge how well it is holding up and the comfort. It took 3-4 days for some smell to disappear, but the bed was fully inflated in about 15 minutes. It arrived in amazing wrappings and I lugged it upstairs on a "upcart" to the bedroom. The pillows were rolled in with the mattress so the zippered case was very tight. I unstiched a seam to get the cover off and rolled it out on the platform bed. It quickly took shape. From the first night sleeping on it, I have not been disappointed. It is firm but soft. How is that done? It feels soft when you sit on the edge, yet when you lie back it is very supportive yet yielding at the same time. I think it is good for all sleeping styles: side, back or stomach. I have recommended it to friends looking for a quality mattress at a good price. I have an Embody by Sealy that cost 3 times as much and this mattress matches that in comfort.

Took some getting use to

Took a little bit to get used to the bed due to my old bed was very worn out and soft. The first night I didn't sleep well but the second night I slept good. The pillows helped as well. Looking forward to seeing how the other nights go!

The mattress is so far the best one I have tried, and I've gone through several in the last year. I gave 4 stars because it would have been nice to have known that they were on back order before purchasing. Overall l have been happy with it.

They don’t respond back to emails and have to wait 30 mins on hold to not even get an answer.

DON'T BUY THE PLATFORM

The nectar mattress is comfortable, certainly much more comfortable than the old one I replaced. Do NOT, under any circumstances, buy the crappy platform meant to accompany the mattress. This is a company that specializes in mattresses—the pillows are nice as well, but the platforms are the worst. You will be able to get a much higher quality platform for less elsewhere.
