Nectar is dishonest and provides terrible support

I purchased a bed a month ago, as we needed it quick and nectar boasts that it ships within days. They don’t include the detail that then the bed sits in a warehouse for weeks. A warehouse with no contact to and from Nectar. Ended up buying a different bed, and have tried multiple times a day to get support on returning this since. And....nothing.... be careful before giving them your money. If anything goes wrong, they make it very difficult to get back. So disappointed

Best sleep in a while!

Before the Nectar, I could not sleep without waking up and I would wake up without aches and pains. I’ve had the Nectar for a few months now and this is the best sleep I’ve gotten in years!

What a Great Mattress

So I've had my nectar mattress for one month now and it's the first non-traditional spring mattress I've ever had. The first couple of nights it took me a while to get used to it it was very different sleeping. Now I found that sleeping on the mattress is comfortable for me it definitely cradles my body which is nice. I tend to be a person who starts out on my side and ends up on my stomach and I'm comfortable in both positions on this new mattress. The mattress is not over warming so I'm very comfortable sleeping on it during the night I don't feel like I'm getting too hot which is great.

i wrote a negative review on this site about the warranty and buying from an authorized store. This site would not post it well thats fine because I will be posting on facebook and consumer affairs about your practice. I would address my issues if I were you. I dont go away and post every day and expand all over the net. Since I'm in IT I know how to get the message out there.

Couldn't be happier with our new bed!

My wife and I moved into our new home in July of 2018 and wanted to replace our 15yr old Queen pillowtop. (I hated that bed since day one!)
We researched multiple brands, watched what seemed like hours of YouTube videos, and read tons of reviews before deciding to give Nectar a try.
Ordering was easy and shipping was quick - We ordered a King mattress and the Nectar Foundation. There was a promo for 2 free Nectar pillows as well, so we took full advantage of that!
When we received the shipment, we put the Foundation together in less than 20 minutes and put our new mattress in place. From the first night's sleep, I knew we had made the right decision!
Our mattress is extremely comfortable and both my wife and I have been amazed at how much better our sleep quality has been - which is almost a negative, since my wife never wants to leave the bed now :)
We love our new house, our new bedroom, and especially our Nectar mattress - it's definitely one of the best purchases I've made in years!
