Perfect balance

Everything was super easy to set up. I was a little worried the mattress might be too soft, only because we have had an extra firm mattress for years. Theis mattress is the perfect balance of soft and firm!! My husband and I (along with our four dogs) are sleeping soundly! Thank you Nectar!!!

Very comfortable but pillows not comfortable. They are way to Big and hurts my neck

The shipping experience was horrible. I was told my bed would be shipped within just a couple weeks and I had to wait over a month for the shipment. It was very disappointing and the company wouldn’t even offer me and sort of discount. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

Comfortable bed but...

Aside from some delays on the shipping end, customer service generally helped answer our questions via email within 48 hours. It was originally supposed to arrive Dec 12th but was not shipped until Jan 3rd (so much for surprising my husband for Christmas). We've had it for a couple weeks now and it still smells. We keep the bedroom doors open, fan on, and crack the window when we can (unfortunately it's been in the single digits lately) and the memory foam odor still persists.
The bed itself is on the firm side, though it's what I and my husband prefer. It stays relatively cooler than our old mattress and you don't sink into it. Side sleeping was a little difficult initially because it was almost too firm that my shoulders would hurt and I would wake up multiple times during the night. Now that we've slept on it for 2 weeks it's either broken in or I've just learned to sleep on my back more so I wake up fewer times at night. Does not transfer motion much so that's a big plus for me since we have different schedules. I didn't want to review the mattress earlier because of the lingering smell but it's still here. Overall, the mattress was a good price so not being perfect was expected. Our old mattress was terrible so at least it's a step up.

Nice bed, not enough support

We purchased this bed approximately 6 months ago. Like everyone else we had to wait about a month to get it. Pros, no off gassing, looked like a quality mattress, felt (to touch) like a quality mattress. We slept on it and the first month it was ok. It did sleep very hot however we were able to get past that issue. Randomly I would wake with a SLIGHT back pain. I did not think it was the bed however the pillow could be the issue. Over the next few months I tried a few different pillows and found some relief to varying degrees. Through all of this I noticed that the mattress seemed to get softer and softer and less supportive, and the back pain was now to the point of "got to get a new mattress" or sleep in the guest room forever...lol. Went to sleep in the guest room for a few nights and surprise no back pain. Slept there a few more nights with different pillows and guess what? Yep no back pain. I think the Nectar is a good mattress for some however it did not work for us. Side note my wife is starting to feel the same issue. I am 6ft and 215 fit, and my wife is 5ft and 120 fit. I hope this helps someone.

Overall really happy with the mattress and pillows. It’s firmer than I expected but still soft with the memory foam. Getting much better sleep and less soreness. Only issue was delayed shipping but past that, great buy!

Not worth the wait

While the matress is comparable to mattresses like purple, leessa, etc. Which we also ordered, those arrived much earlier and didn't leave the intended recipient sleeping on the floor. Only the Tuft and Needle was less comfortable than this mattress. But we will replace that one with a different brand because this one is definitely NOT worth the wait.
