Slow Customer Service

I'm happy with the mattress so far. I am replacing a memory foam matteress I bought 10 years ago; it's still good, just passing it on to someone who needs a bed. The nectar is a tad softer than the very firm mattress I replaced (an 8 in firmness vs the 9 firmness of the other one) and although it feels great my mind has not yet made the transition. The nights are great. Definitely no heat issues and sleeping is a dream.

Not as firm as I thought it would be. Closer to a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Was excited when the mattress arrived, but after a couple of weeks sleeping on it, I found it to be too soft for me. I think it would be a great bed if a. it were more firm, and b. the individual sleeping on it needs to be lighter weight. I'm a fairly heavy person at 270. This mattress is better suited for individuals that weigh 150-200 max. I think that the value is wonderful, and one can't go wrong with giving it a try. There is nothing to loose. I appreciate the more than generous return policy!

Had an old soft top mattress that after having for like 7-8 years was causing myself and my wife discomfort while sleeping on it. After getting nectar we have loved our sleep experience also we love that it keeps us cool at night.
Would definitely recommend this mattress to everyone I know great price and quality

Worst Mattress I’ve Purchased

It’s like sleeping on a brick. I constantly have to keep changing positions because the bed is so hard. I wake up numb every morning. Terrible for my shoulders.

worse company to deal with. Be aware.

Maybe this company should get Class A lawsuit for the way they handle business. hold on to your Money. hassle to return, they make it so difficult for . you have to wait 30 days to return the mattress, never heard of minimum wait to return something you do not like. Cancel and order forget it. I cancelled an order less than 24 hours after placing one, guess what , 2 weeks later still they shipped the matters when I told them , I am moving. I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING WE DELIVER THE MATTRESS. maybe still siting on someone's drive way or in front of their house not know what to do with it. My credit was charged too.

Comfy, Affordable Mattress

So, so, so happy with this purchase! I also bought a nectar bed frame and got the gifted bed sheets, mattress protector, and pillows. For me, the mattress didn't need any adjusting at all. It was super soft and comfy from the moment I laid on it and I haven't had any issues since. You will not regret it!
