We purchased the mattress earlier this year and had much hope for better sleep. The mattress itself is ok not as good as expected but ok. The quality is fairly cheap it already has holes and rips from daily use. Would not purchase again. As for the return policy now that it has worn I don’t think it is returnable. We do love the pillows though that came with it.

Not as advertised.

The mattress stinks (literally and metaphorically). It's not comfortable, and upon closer inspection and reading reports of defective products, I found that my top cover does not have any foam at all, just the 3 layers below. Support will not believe that I received something that does not match up with the website no matter how I explain. They said they'd ship me a new one because of the stink, so hopefully the new one has all its layers. Either way, I'm not impressed with Nectar the company or Nectar the mattress and I'm now having doubts about the integrity of their 1 year trial or forever guarantee. Seems if you don't like the mattress then it's your fault and now theirs.

7 days and it’s still not expanded. No one will email me back and no one answers the phone. Only bought this mattress over another because of the warranty, warranty is no good if you can’t reach anyone after sale.

Customer service is a nightmare

I bought a full size mattress with the foundation for my 7yo, and its fantastic. Order arrived fast, and it's an easy set up. I tried out the split king mattress with adjustable frame and did not like it. If this all ended there it would be great, but returning this mattress has been a nightmare. It took nearly 3 months to process my inital return which ended with a phone call that I was put on hold for 1.5hours, and when I finally got my return approved, I'm on 1 month and counting for a promised 7-10 day processing period. Still waiting. No, they do not have a great trial program. If you plan to buy this mattress, commit to it, because it's nearly non-refundable.

Bed frame broke 2 months into having it

We ordered our bed frame along with the mattress in mid February and the frame has already collapsed. We had it set up by the “professional” team that seemed to not screw the legs in properly. Very disappointed with the frame. The mattress is fine.

Love the mattress but missing parts to base

I love the mattress but would really like to enjoy my full purchase. My adjustment base arrived missing 3 legs and one of the power cords. I have tried to contact Nectar several times but never receive a response!
