Great mattress but slow service

Mattress is very comfortable. My husband & I have slept great on it for the past 4 days. My only complaint is that is took over a month to get the mattress after we ordered & paid for it.

We love this mattress!! It's been about 4 days and it's amazing! The pillows were a little full but you can pull stuffing out and they are awesome as well

Best mattress ever

1st what I did I read the reviews from the customer that bought the mattress..and according the reviews I did order queen size mattress for me and my husband.it was worth waiting 3 weeks because it is amazing and incredible the best mattress ever.i sleeps like baby.before when my husband come back from work he always wake me up when he come to bed but now I don't even know when he is back .lol nectar is the best mattress ever

I am really pleased with the customer service. I wasn't able to be at my new apartment at the time of the delivery, but the Nectar team hauled it up the stairs to the second floor rather than just leaving the mattress in the front office. It made it so much easier to get inside by myself because I could just roll it to the bedroom and then use the carrying straps to get it up on the bed.
Before buying this mattress, I did my research and learned about the odor, which it has. It doesn't bother me at all, and I will find out how long it'll take to go away. It is as comfy as promised, and way better than my old spring mattress. Totally worth stretching my little budget for it.

So far I'm not happy with the bed.

I received the bed last week. It arrived on in less then a week, delivery was a breeze, set up was easy. I've slept on the bed for 3 days now and I'm not happy with the results so far. I find it to be too firm and the top layer not soft at all. I will give it another week in hopes that it needs a little breaking in period....If not I'm going to return. I hope it's as easy as the purchase.

Wish this had been known to me earlier. After hearing about it and doing extensive reasearch, I decided to purchase. The reviews were absolutely right. Best decision I have made with regard to bedding.

The bed is firmer than expected but I do love not feeling any movement in the bed when my spouse changes positions or when the car jumps onto the bed. Only negative is that the King size mattress came with two standard pillows. Thought that was odd as anytime you buy bedding for a king mattress it always comes with king pillow cases. Now, obviously, the pillows that came with the bed fall drastically short within the pillow case. If one is going to offer pillows with a mattress, it should complement the size of the bed and corresponding bedding. Food for thought!
