Worth the wait!

Only disappointment is as the delay in shipping. I understand why, but to miss the estimated shipping date by weeks is tough.

My shipment was delayed due to an issue with some essential equipment in the warehouse (per my live chat.) I received the mattress a week AFTER my lease had started due to processing/shipping taking an entire month. That said, the mattress is great (especially for price) and is very comfortable. Extremely happy with the product. For a new company, need to figure out logistics/supply chain as they grow - but that's to be expected.

The only downside was waiting for my mattress to come. But when it did come, oh man! We let it raise and let the odor release for a day before we actually slept on it. I was afraid that it was going to be too soft. But it was just right. I'm a firm type of guy, so the firmness and softness is perfect for me. I only slept on it for 2 days so my back is getting use to laying on comfort. I have a back problem btw. Today was the first day that I literally jumped out of bed. Usually it takes me some time to get out of bed. All in all I'm satisfied with the bed.

Worth the wait

Easy to unwrap and place on the frame. First night it felt softer than I had hoped, but the firmness was below the surface. I have slept on it for four nights now and I have never slept more soundly. I truly was not ready to wake up!

comfortable bed

Comfortable in any position. Supportive. I have lots of pain and don't have any extra pain with this bed. Can be a little cold in the winter so I put an extra blanket underneath me and that does the trick fine.

This has been the WORST experience ever! Received mattress, then waited another week+ to receive adjustable base. When it arrived we were missing the motors, actuators, remote, etc. Ready to quit and send it back. I would never purchase this again

This Mattress Is AWFUL

The only reason, I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband likes it. For me personally, it was AWFUL. The first night was great, slept like a dream with no aches or pains. Every night after that has been hell. I literally sink all the way to the bottom and sleep on the box spring and have the worst pain in my hips since I'm a side sleeper. For a mattress thats advertised as medium firm, there was 0 support. Granted, I do weigh more than my husband but this bed says it can comfortably support up to 650 lbs. THAT'S A LIE. My husband had to put pillows underneath the mattress to support my hips, and that was the best night of sleep I had on this bed. HEAVIER BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

I've worked in factory for years and my body is very broken & had a total hip replacement that didn't go well. Mattress are not my friend until I purchase this mattress, I've been sleeping on it for over a month and I'm very happy. I was very worried because I'm always in so much pain. I don't wake up in middle of night feeling like someone is taking a hammer to me. I'm very very happy to have purchased this mattress.
