Needs Adjusting for Comfort

The mattress is too firm for my shoulders and they ache in the morning when I get up. Top needs more cushion for my older bones.

Mattress came on time, easy to set up, a bit of smell for amout a week. It has been comfortable. No complaints, just adjusting to a new bed and finding the perfect pillow since our heads do tend to sink down in mattress a bit, but not too much.

Comfortable

When ordering my Nectar mattress, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Fortunately, the long trial period and no interest financing options made it quite the easy choice.
The shipping for my Nectar was quick, had it roughly 1 week from purchase date.
After the initial expansion period, I finally got to sleep on it. The Nectar is comfortable, but firm. A little firmer than I expected, but that didn't prevent me from getting a good sleep on it, I will definitely be continuing my trial for a few months to see how it adjusts to being slept on. As a heavier person, it holds up well and does not feel "bottomed out" by any means.
My only complaints would be that the top and bottom edges do not appear to have expanded properly and I lose a couple inches of length to the mattress. As a tall person, this might be something I contact support about. There does appear to be a slight hard spot on one side of the mattress. Might just need some breaking in.
Overall, I am satisfied with my Nectar.

was very skeptical about this mattress due to all of the complaints/possible scams. i ordered this mattress on a friday and it was delivered on the following tuesday. friends, I am here to tell you this is certainly not a scam and my boyfriend and I love this mattress. he is a diabetic so it’s tough for him to have a good nights rest without and soreness etc. he loves this mattress. he commends how there’s no pressure points, no annoying pesky springs, or any other crap your local furniture store will sell to ya. we both genuinely love this mattress. the two free pillows are cool too. I had to take some of the stuffing out of mine, but now it’s perfect. looking forward to the years to come of restful sleep!

Haven't slept good since I've had it

I've had the mattress about five days now and I'm not crazy about it. It's way more firm than any mattress I've ever had and the included pillows are way too form as well. I wake up ever couple hours and have to try and get comfortable again and I wake up in the morning a little achy. My girlfriend like it a lot though. I'm trying to decide if we are keeping it or going to return it and get something different.

I enjoy this bed, it's soft and comfortable but It sits too low to the ground. Other than that...I love it.
