NO MORE BACK ISSUES!

We had a 12 year old TempurPedic that was like sleeping in a furnace and the memory foam wasn't bouncing back so we decided to start searching for a new bed. I did research for a month and we decided to try the Nectar. WE LOVE IT!!! It has the perfect amount of firmness and cradle for our aching backs and keeps us nice and cool. Another huge plus is that the King weighs about 89lbs whereas the old Queen Tempupedic weighed close to 170lbs and was impossible to handle moving to a new apartment. Order the Nectar - you won't be disappointed!

I would never buy necrar produicts.........their advertising is almost harrassment........have requested 5 times to be removed from mailing list, been promised it would happen .....I still get this crap in my mail more than once a day. I would never consider purchasing from anyone who bombards me with so much crap. Never consider buying from them and will bad mouth them to anyone who will listen

Mattress is wonderful, but watch the fine print

I bought my Nectar mattress about a month and a half ago, it arrived and after sleeping on a love seat for the past 6 months while saving up for the mattress, let me tell you it was a wonderful feeling to finally have one.
I had ordered the mattress and a bed frame at the same time. Well the mattress arrived well over a month before the frame did. The mattress has to take about 24 hours to expand to full size after being pulled out of the box, and I didn't think the frame would be so far behind the mattress delivery.
Well that night while the mattress was "expanding" we had torrential rains in the Philadelphia area. I take care of my 90 year old Great Aunt, and we live in a rancher house. My room is in the basement, and for the first time ever, we had minor flooding in the basement....while the mattress was expanding... On the floor because I didn't have a frame...
Hadn't even gotten to sleep in it yet and the mattress was soaking wet when I got home from work.
After messaging customer service, I was told the best they can do is send me a new mattress cover....
I had to lay the mattress in the driveway on a sunny day and I'm hoping that the sun got all of the moisture out.
I will say, it's one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on, but I wish my years worth of saving wasn't spent on a potentially soggy/moldy mattress

Amazing

I've had mid back pain for over 20 years. After my first night on the Nectar mattress the pin had subsided to a dull ache. Then a few more nights and im astounded! The pain in that are is gone. My wife loves it too. Neither of us have fallen asleep so quickly and easily on another mattress.
Only one caveat. I need the outer covering replaced. I accidently burned a hole in the mattress and I've put a mattress cover over it but if there's a possibility of having the outer surface redone I will jump on board asap. Please let me know if thats ever a possibility!

On my second Nectar through warranty, same issues

I have had 2 mattresses in 2 or 3 years do to warranty replacement. They all have the same issue of indenting where my wife and I sleep and remaining humped and firm in the middle. If she wakes up earlier than me I move over just to lay on the firm part so my back doesn't hurt. We both weigh around 150lbs and are in good shape other than my back that hurts due to this mattress I feel like. Also note that my first mattress was manufactured by a different manufacturer than my second. 2 stars for good customer service, not for their product.
