Incorrect information

Ordered a Cali king mattress because I saw Nectar had great reviews. I also ordered a King frame with headboard which CLEARLY SAYS 89inches long, so I went ahead and ordered that size thinking the 84ich Cali king would fit..After over a hour of putting the frame together I noticed it was entirely too short. So I went on Q&A to check and sure enough Nectar says “unfortunately a Cali King will not fit in a king frame because the frame is only 80inches long.Now I have to take apart the frame. Send it back. Find another one.smh.. MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION AND DIMENSIONS ARE CORRECT PLEASE. I also sat on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for customer service because the email system did not respond.

It’s hot and I sink

I researched prior to buying. It said it was the best mattress for heavier people and cooling. I have had mine for about a month. I wake up nightly so hot and sweaty I feel I’m going to burn up and melt away. It’s actually 4:41 am where I am right now and I’ve been up for an hour because of this reason. Also the hotter I get the more I sink in to the mattress. If I want to roll over I feel like I’m climbing a mountain. I love it when I lay on it for the first time of the day and it’s more firm and feels supportive so I’m so very disappointed that I wake up hot and sore. I purchased a split king.

I got To say I'm very disappointed in the service of Necta right now I have ordered two beds all ready in the past and would like to order another one but I have a few questions I like to have answered before hand, I request to talk to a supervisor and was told there wasn't one available, I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic But if they are in business to place a order at least we should be able to get better quality hands on services.

Horrible experience with nectar.

I wrote here not too long ago! For receiving a mattress with TRASH in it. & not just a little bit I mean a pile of trash from the warehouse. Now it’s only been 2 months & the bed frame legs broke off! No way to put 2 of them back because the metal itself folded over ! No I’m not a heavy person. Neither is my boyfriend sooo I don’t understand how horrible the quality has to be for it to do that. Never in my life have I gone through so much trouble for a bed.

Surprisingly Perfect

We have had a Tempurpedic for the last 10 years and so far this one is as good as that one was. It's was a 1/3 of the price of the Tempurpedic and just as comfortable. Hoping the longevity is good as well. Couldn't be happier so far.

Sleeping better.

So far me and my fiance really like our bed. I have lower back problems and so far I can say it's easier to get up In the mornings. We have only slept on it twice now but are very pleased. Coming from a Serta sping mattress I can honestly say I'll never own another. The memory foam is so much more supportive. I also am waking up less in the night and expect it to get better as our bodies adjust to it. Very happy thanks!

We have had the mattress and bed base for one week. Mattress is soft, which is great for side sleepers. The base is durable, and well worth the money. It also allows for some under bed storage if needed. Give this company a chance, we love it!

Super comfortable

I’m primarily a side sleeper. I got the king mattress with adjustable base. This is super comfortable. Much more than my old regular mattress that had a memory foam mattress pad.
