It almost seems like the mattress waits to go to heck after the 365 day window is over, lol. I used to have a queen and switched for a King about a year and a half ago. I regret not asking for a full refund - the mattress is extremely uncomfortable and seems to be caving in certain areas. My husband and I wake up with aches and pains we didn’t have before and neither of us feel rested, let alone waking up in the middle of the night because we are both sweating (we sleep with the fan on high and our house is at 71). Do yourself a favor, don’t buy this mattress.

After a few years of usage, the mattress really starts to develop "holes" and does not hold up well compared to a traditional mattress. Will not be getting another one/referring others to Nectar.

Somewhat comfortable when new, but now less than 2 years later it kills my back. Rotated every 6 months but now I sink a little too much and kills my back. (only weight 160 lbs) I know that I have no recourse because of mattresses' rules of 1 inch indentations which I can't show because it only sinks in certain areas but only when I lay on it. Guess back to the drawing board.

Lifetime warranty is only at company discretion

I have had this mattress for 7 years and the middle material feels like it is deteriorating and is causing me neck problems from uncomfortable sleeping because my spine does not stay aligned. Because there is no viable proof (which you can’t see the material inside but yet can see the difference by one inch with one side being firmer than the other in pictures where the blue line around it lies) I was told it does not qualify for warranty. I bought this bed because of the warranty and now feel I wasted my money and never would have spent so much on a mattress. If you have neck problems I would highly recommend going somewhere else for a bed or you will have this issue in the future too.

Good but still wears out

I got this mattress in Oct 2020 to hopefully help my back but it got impressions/sinkhole like any other memory foam mattress after awhile. It's a good mattress but not as life changing as the ads make you believe
