Haven't slept like this in years. Back pain is gone.

This is the first time we've ever purchased a mattress on line. My wife was skeptical despite all of the research I had done. It arrived and was a breeze to set up. We've had it for four nights now, and the sleep keeps getting better. Back pain that I had is going away. Much easier to get out of bed in the morning and walk around. So far so good. Great mattress. If you are hoping to get your mattress fast, though, be aware. It took us five weeks to get ours. Not a big deal considering our mattress was 21 years old! But if you want your Nectar fast, you may be disappointed. I hope they can build a supply and begin to service orders faster. That would make it all perfect.

First night on the bed was questionable but I knew from other reviews that it should take a few days to get used to the bed By the third night I slept through the entire night ( I have not done that in ten years) and no back pain at all and so far that has been consistent

It's okay

It is nicer then my old mattress, but I keep having neck pain since sleeping on it. I like sleeping on my side, but forced to sleep mostly on my back to lesson the neck pain in the morning. The bed is a whole lot firmer than I was expecting this one to be.

SLOOOOOOOOOOW SHIPPING SPEED

Don’t buy here if you need a bed set quick. Been three weeks and don’t have the frame. Mattress took 4 days, mattress protector 12, no word on frame or sheets. Wish I would have done more reading first.

Horrible Delivery Times

I've ordered my Nectar Memory Foam Mattress 2-weeks ago, and the shipping date is pushed back to July 9th. Meaning it will take over a month to have my mattress delivered to me, and I'm moving to a new apartment in early July.

Poor quality control

The mattress came with a loose and significantly undone seam, which I understand manufacturing mistakes happen. However, the company refused to handle the issue and left me stuck with a low quality mattress. Don't buy it unless you like gambling!

Doesn't do anything they claim it does

We've been using this mattress since May/June and our sleep, back pain, & hip pain have just gotten worse. It doesn't sleep cool at all and does not support pressure points. I requested a return shortly after having surgery, so I was physically unable to jump through all the hoops they were requiring to process it. Now I can't get them to respond to my latest return request. Save your sanity and spend a little more money to get a mattress from pretty much any other online vendor.
