Bedding bundle

I bought a bedding bundle on president day sale. I was having a new master bedroom remodel and just got it done. My grandson came over Saturday the 30 of March put it together for me, however there was a tear in the mattress. I would appreciate any thing you could do to rectify this situation

I have been struggling with comfortable sleep until I got my Nectar! No more night sweats and I'm sleeping longer, almost 7 straight hours! I haven't done that since I was a teenager! Loving it is an understatement!

This bed is very comfortable. Best night sleep in a long time and we both hopped right out of bed in the morning before realizing “hey, I’m not grabbing my back”!

I do not. He said over time it'll soften up but this mattress is very firm. My other mattress was a softer memory foam. Maybe it'll grow on me but for now it does it the job.
