Comfortable but breaks down fast

Comfortable but breaks down fast I bought a mattress six months ago and when I rotated it the first time it was because I was getting bad back aches from it it seem like I was on a slant because the mattress had broken down already

No Communication

We ordered the product and it said it would be a 7-10 day shipping delay. That's cool. except 7-10 days was 4 weeks. Yo cannot get a hold of a live person, you can chat with a person, but they don't have any information that you don't have. We finally received our bed today, missing the foundation bolts, so we just went to our local hardware store to buy, .43 a piece. We tried to text the number that was provided, but it doesn't work, We called and were on hold for 45 min, that's why the hardware store was the easiest option. Was really looking for the size of the screw since it is not provided in any of the simple documentation. So the ordering was easy, but then that was it, you cannot ask questions, they don't know, if they don't send all of the hardware, you're on your own too. The positive, really easy to put together.

Not a good mattress

The mattress is so soft I toss and turn all night long. I wake up every day and my back hurts!!!

Customer Support Does Nothing

IT HAS BEEN SIX WEEKS SINCE I CONTACTED NECTAR TO REPLACE THE BEDFRAME THAT BROKE LESS THAN THREE MONTHS INTO OWNING IT.
THIS IS SUPPOSEDLY UNDER WARRANTY. I WAS TOLD OVER TWO WEEKS AGO IT WOULD BE REPLACED. STILL NOTHING.
WE HAVE BEEN SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR FOR SIX WEEKS BECAUSE NECTAR FAILS AND REFUSES TO SUPPORT ITS CUSTOMERS.
I IMPLORE ANY NEW CUSTOMERS TO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY PURCHASING FROM THEM.

Mattress is great but they refuse to let me buy a broken part.

I like my nectar mattess. I dont like how one of the metal pieces that holds the leg of my bed got bent during my move and when i asked customer support they told me since ive owned it for a year and a half they wouldnt replace the metal part that holds the leg. I offered to buy the part and they told me "We dont sell individual parts." So now i have a metal part thats bent and prolly damages my bed as i sleep on it.

Unfortunately we just bought this mattress and within days both our hips and back hurt. I’m frustrated and sorry this isn’t working for us. We’re going to give it one more week but we’re not very optimistic.

It got lumpy

I have had the matter a few months. I really enjoyed it at first. Soon, the center created a hard ridge and on one side actually started to slump. So it felt like you would roll off the bed. I have ordered a replacement. That processes isn’t exactly easy. A lot of pictures and measuring as well as weight tests. It might have just been easier to return it and go buy a different mattress. Hopefully the replacement is better.
