we use zero g as we both read at bedtime, then we flatten with slight head elevation for sleeping. works great for both of us

My husband has had back problems for a while so I did a ton of research before finally settling on this mattress. Best decision ever. Since switching he's no longer in pain and we are both getting much better sleep at night,
