Didn't meet my expectations

Coming from an old mattress (>12 years) that was terrible from the day I bought it, I thought this was going to be the best thing that ever happened to my sleep. The sale that I got was great! The memory foam is a huge change from my old mattress, and was pretty easy to setup. While it's comfortable and a huge upgrade...I don't think it's worth the hype. And it definitely is not cooling as it advertises, honestly the opposite, which is really disappointing.

Half of the mattress is approximately 1" lower than the other half. Not sure what to do with this.

I've had the nectar for about two months, and I really like it. It's comfy. I had a memory form mattress before it, and it was getting to where there was a indention in the middle where I slept, so it was time for a new one. The nectar so far is fantastic.

this is our second nectar

this is our second nectar mattress and we're very happy with our purchase. My husband and I purchased a queen a few years ago and we were so happy with it that when it came time to buy our daughter her first mattress we immediately opted for a nectar. No complaints! Nectar has great customer service too.
