Smells more than any other mattress I've owned

I have had my Nectar for about 8 months now and this is what I think. I absolutely love how comfortable this mattress is, but what I can't stand is that after sleeping on it about a week it smells terrible, I have to wash the sheets, open up the cover and put baking soda down, then I put down dryer sheets before putting the sheets back on, I do this every 2 weeks just to be able to stand to sleep on it, kind of disappointed with what I got. I'd consider returning it if it wasn't so comfy or I knew what to get instead.

pretty good overall

So i bought this mattress and wanted to give it a good month or two before i wrote a review. Overall, it feels great. if im sleeping on my back or my sides there is no issue and it does conform to your body pretty well. However when i sleep on my stomach i can feel it sink a little bit. I'm 6 feet tall at 200 pounds so I'm a pretty standard build. I can relieve the pressure by not using a pillow and being purely neutral and then it feels good. I have chronic lower back pain from the military and this mattress helps alleviate it more than other mattresses I've used, but unfortunately its not completely gone and to be honest i dont think there is a product out there than can fix it all. So yeah, good mattress, comfortable and great value for the money. 4 stars simply because the packaging was pretty beat up however the mattress was in good condition fortunately

Might be foam, but not memory foam.

The mattress does not actually have any memory foam qualities and is not as soft as any memory foam bed I've ever felt. The mattress is firm and supportive, but I wouldn't say it's comfortable at all. We have had it for a few months and it hasn't gotten any better with use. We are each around 160lbs and 5'7 and 5'11.
The free pillows that it came with are lumpy and way too long for standard size pillowcases. They stick out a half to one inch past the hem, so the pillowcase keeps sliding off... But they don't seem big enough to be king size either. We ordered a queen bed, it should come with standard size pillows. The pillows advertise a quilted memory foam layer... If there's any in there it's only 1/16in thick. Inside the inner zipper the pillow is made of a bunch of leftover shredded foam bits... Hence the lumpiness. The sheets are just as terrible, so scratchy. And the mattress pad sounds like a diaper.
I'm sorry to leave such an awful review, I really wanted to like the bed as it's the third bed in a box we've tried. I just think their claims are pretty strong for such a mediocre product and "amazing deal" freebies... Expectations were not met.

I purchase a King size set, the mattress keeps sliding off the frame, when one moves on the bed you can feel the mattress move. Ever since we slept on this bed both my husband and I have suffered with sciatica pain.

Do not purchase you won't ever get it

I purchased this back in May 2020 and have yet to even get a shipment update. So I canceled the order end of June and they still haven't canceled it but are quick to take your money. Do no waste your time.

Best bed we’ve had so far!

My husband is a toss and turner and it was hard to get a good nights sleep with him next to me, even in a king size bed! With this mattress I barely feel him next to me! And it’s so comfortable!

Our Nectar experience was all that One could hope to have. Easy to order with support in the process. Great tracking communication during the short wait . Bedding arrived 1st, then followed by two adjustable beds and Nectar mattresses. The adjustable beds were quiet heavy (114 LBS) requiring me getting help to bring them into our home. Once in our bedroom the frames exceeded our expectation which were formed from the onsite video. Very easy to set up. The motors were very quiet and surprised me that they were DC but did not require batteries. Love that remotes which are programmed with many options including three buttons to set our favorite positions. The mattresses were easy to unpack and matched the ad video. The disappointments came with the bedding. The pillows are very hard. They don't even dent when used.. We are using our own. The sheets, even though made of cotton, were extremely wrinkled after washing. We don't use them. However, the mattress covers were of good quality and fit well. Our preferred sleep positions are side & back

Delivery on time and set up was easy. After trying to "get used to it" for four months I find it is just too firm and I can not sleep.
