Way too soft, I fall deep into it and have to climb out like it’s quicksand. Developed shoulder pains just from getting in and out of bed

I got the mattress just after Back surgery hoping it would help with recovery time. Surprised it not only helped with recovery , but better sleep and rest than I've had in years.
