Considering the cost relative to the competition, I think this is a very good value. It's quite comfortable and the customer service is excellent.

Good quality, but much firmer than advertised!

There's nothing wrong with this mattress. It came quickly and was easy to unpack. There wasn't much of a smell, and it seems to be good quality. It is just too firm for my personal tastes. It was advertised to be a medium firmness good for side sleepers, but sleeping on it on my side is just plain uncomfortable: it's way too hard!

The mattress is firm that the body doesn't sink it but also soft enough that it is very comfortable to sleep on it.

I love how quickly the mattress was delivered. I was also pleased to find out that I did not have to wait 72 hours for the mattress to "fully inflate" to be able to sleep on it. I have had the mattress for a few months and so far I am very pleased with the over all feel of it. The real test will be if there is no sink hole in the middle at the one year mark.

Cheap base frame

The mattress is ok. My kids like them. The frames are cheap tho. I regret spending that much on them. The legs are not sturdy and thr mattress goes over the sides of it, it doesnt fit in it like the pic shows. I am afraid the legs are going to break off soon and I have only had them a month.
