Great Experience

This is a very comfortable mattress that has been cool to sleep on. Not nearly as hot as some other memory foam

Mattress 100% as described

The mattress came as promised, easy set up, and was ready for sleep just a few short hours after unpacking. Despite some other reviews there was not an offensive smell and the mattress slept ver well. The firmness is about an 8 on a 10 scale with a noteable memory foam contour. The firmness took a bit to get use to but is very helpful in preventing orthopedic pain when you wake up. I have noticed a substantial difference with aches and pains being reduced or altogether gone now. Overall I give the bed five stars because of company communication, mattress warrenty, and overall comfort. I spent a month researching all the "bed in a box" options and I feel that I made the right decision. Very Happy and thank you!

First Thoughts

Took forever to get. I think I ordered in March and it finally showed up in May. I was notified of the delay and given a new date, but they missed that too. When I asked when it was coming they kept saying they all shipped, but I never got a tracking number until a week later. As far as the mattress goes, we have only had it about 4 days, so we are still in the early stages. Un packing was easy. Hardly any smell unless you stick your nose in the mattress and even that has lessoned quite a bit. Is a firmer mattress but so far we like it. Much better than our old spring mattress. Another positive is the bed does not transfer much movement of you partner's tossing and turning. Probably should re evaluate in 30 days or so, but happy so far.

Terrible Platform

I love the mattress. It’s so comfy! It’s soft but not too soft, sleeps like a dream. Also, incredibly easy to transport and open up.
The platform however, at least the one I received, is awful. First of all, it was supposed to be here May 22, and didn’t arrive until yesterday, June 5. Not the biggest deal but shoot. Second, it came a screw short for the legs. Two of the holes aren’t even drilled through so I can’t put the screw in. There are no tools included which, is fine but I thought there would be. The holes on the plates don’t match up to the holes on the boards. The general concept is easy to put together, but the quality is less than I expected especially for the price I’m paying. Not impressed with that portion.

Matress YES, sheets no

Most memory foam mattresses leave me with sore hips, so far so good with my Nectar mattress. I do miss the firm edges of a traditional mattress. Trying to sit on the edge of the Nectar to put shoes on they're so soft there's not a lot of support for that. And I almost rolled off the edge of the bed the first night. Seriously though, 100% recommend this. The sheets may keep you cool but they feel cheap and plastic-y.

Really wanted to love it

I had previously had an old hand me down mattress I used for years and I was SO excited to buy a new mattress. I researched extensively and finally settled on nectar. I got a promo deal so free pillows and sheets too which was awesome.
I’m had my mattress since June and as much as I really wanted to love it, it is just too firm for me and is causing back and shoulder pain. :( If you like softer mattresses, I wouldn’t recommend this one.
