back problems before nectar, better, though still improving. mattress is definitely an improvement, though i still sleep hot. not much in the cooling dept. but it could just be me. better than what i had, but not the miracle i needed.

The frame is made very well and it’s sturdy. I gained a more comfortable sleeping level and tuning the nectar to fit your comfort level is great.
