Good but too firm

The price of the mattress and speed of delivery was very good. However there is no option for firmness of the mattress itself and ended up being much harder than expected. Even after trying to 'break it in' the mattress is harder than I would prefer

Low back pain

I love the weight, the height and overall comfort. But for my particular setup (or situation) I need a firmer mattress.
I would actually keep this one if Nectar could provide a firmer mattress at less than or equal to the cost of said current.
Suggestions?

I love :heart:️ My nectar mattress. I gave my granddaughter my room because it was bigger, so she has been sleeping on my Tempur-pedic. I was getting horrible that cakes in her bed so I bought the nectar mattress and I have not had a bath cake cents. In fact, I sleep better than in my own bed that has a Tempur-pedic and this was much more affordable.

Sadly the bed has been

Sadly the bed has been disappointing. Within 6 min the mattress began to sag. Rotated mattress but same result.
I have Tempur-pedic mattress in another room, and no sagging has occurred:shrug::skin-tone-3::female_sign:.
