I expected a more comfortable

I expected a more comfortable bed. I wake up achy. It's also developing deformities due to use, I'm surprised because I've haven't had it very long. I've had other mattresses last several years, before needing replacement. I'm 62yrs old, so I've had quite a few different brands of mattresses. I'm debating on whether or not to replace it, or inquire about a solution.
