Purchased the complete bed suite queen but found it to be too small. I thought I was stuck with it. To my surprise a sales supervisor got back to me and made the exchange to a king mattress. I just was taken back by the over and above customer service. My wife and I being in our seventies are enjoying a full night’s sleep. Thank you Nectar.

I purchased this mattress about a month ago, and I must say that it has been a disappointment from day one. The first thing that struck me was the terrible chemical smell that lingered for days, despite airing it out as instructed. It was so bad that I had to sleep on the couch for a few nights, but the smell never faded.
I was hoping for a comfortable and restful night's sleep, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The mattress feels incredibly lumpy and uneven, with no support whatsoever. I wake up every morning feeling stiff and sore, and it's become a real struggle to get a good night's rest.
I had high hopes for this mattress, but it has failed to deliver on all fronts. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a good night's sleep and value for their money.

Easy setup and quick to expand to sleep on, feel is good for sure, defintly softens up a bit once you have slept on it for a few weeks which is good because I was a bit concerned about the firmness to begin with, overally very satisfied with the nector will for sure be my mattress for many many years

I purchased a full sized years ago and have always loved it! Now in a long-term relationship it was time to get a Queen. My biggest gripe is the new cover on the mattress is not seamless and has a "lip", I emailed support about this and never got a response. I like sleeping on the edge and the lip makes it uncomfortable. Would be a 5 star if I had some sort of communication, and like can I get a different cover?
