My partner likes it, and it almost immediately eliminated her back and neck pain. I, however, haven't slept well since we got it, and now have low back pain. We're both side sleepers, primarily, and this bed was recommended on multiple sites as being ideal for side sleepers. I'm tall and average weight for my size, same for my partner. For the price, the reviews, and online ratings, I had high hopes. It was meant to be an investment in better sleep for both of us. It only worked for one of us. Overall rating would be a 2.5, but I rounded up since I'm glad may partner enjoys it. That said, I'm strongly weighing the decision to test out the warranty and return the mattress in hopes of finding something that suits both of us.

I don’t know how to explain this mattress any better than simply PERFECT! My husband and I have struggled for years to find one we both liked and got good rest on.. we finally found our match. We both are getting the best sleep we have in a long time. Even our dog concurs. It hugs your body in all the right places and the setup was super easy. Can’t get more convenient than showing up right on your doorstep too.

My daughter loves this mattress. I have also slept on the mattress a few times and it is just as comfortable, if not more, than my adjustable number bed which I paid thousands for!
