Good for only a few years

We loved our nectar when we first got it. Recently it has become very soft on the sides and causing back pain for myself and my pregnant wife. We have tried to go through the warranty process as the mattress was bought in 2020, but after jumping through all their hoops I continue to receive the run around. My wife and I are sleeping in another room until we can get something else. Very bummed that after such a short time we are back in the market for another mattress. Buyer beware.

TERRIBLE

Worst mattress I’ve ever bought and a lesson learned. Has caused the worst lower back pain. Sinks and makes me hotter at night. STAY AWAY. I have had it for longer than 365 days and have begged customer service for an option to replace or just refund and the forever warranty is a joke, good luck - you will get nowhere.

At first, I LOVED this mattress. Great support, comfortable, everything. 4 years later however, both sides have caved in so deeply that is unusable. The edges and very center are still in decent shape, so Nectar won't warranty it. The areas in which we actually sleep though have lost ALL support. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get Nectar to do something about it, and today they told me "tough luck". I would HIGHLY WARN anyone against getting their mattress. We only sleep 6 or so hours a night, so it's not from prolonged use, or abuse. Wish I had gone with another company, and hope you read this and do the same!
