Wearing out before warranty.

Love my Nectar mattress have had for several years. The last several months it has been tearing and less supportive. I wrote the company and sent pictures but because there are no stickers on my mattress it is void from warranty. I guess, so keep all your papers together and dates. Because if needed pictures are needed of stickers attached to bed. I do not remember removing or seeing. The reason for breakdown is my leaning into mattress with my elbow to change positions I have arthritis and some times difficult to change.
If warranty was true I would consider purchasing again as sleep is wonderful and wake up pain free.

Queen size mattress

My husband and I look like the mattress so far we only had it for probably less than a month very comfortable. Very happy. I bought the copper queen size mattress.
