Great mattress!!

We love our mattress! It is very comfortable and the pillows are amazing! We get more sleep. The firmness is perfect!

Delivery was quick. Customer service replied promptly when we had questions. Mattress is solid. Firm but soft and relived our night time back pain. Can't go wrong!

Great at first but lacks durability

Like many of you, I did my research and found that the Nectar mattress had great reviews. However, what I didn't take into consideration was the durability and "lifetime" warranty. When I first received my Nectar mattress is was great, however, I had. it for almost three years and the firmness is no longer there. When I spoke to someone they were eager to help, but something about 1 1/2" depression has to occur in order to fall into the "lifetime" warranty. Now, how do I measure this again. I sent photos but still was told I needed to measure the compression of the mattress. . Well, I have been sleeping on a mattress where I am waiting for it to be compressed by 1 1/2". I guess my back will have to suffer another 3 to 4 months before I meet the lifetime warranty criteria. Nothing last forever or even 3 years. Enjoy the mattress the first year but don't get sucked into the life time warranty.

It's yours forever, you will never get them to answer a phone. After 1hr they hang up. Emails and text are worse. I've tried for 3 months to talk to someone. Think I'll cut it up and use the parts in the dog house, no wait I love my dog!

Delivery worse than snail mail.

I ordered a queen matteress on May 11th.
The website tells you that due to the covid-19 it will take 5-7 days to ship.
It still hasn't been shipped. You can't call them because of the high call volume which they temporarily closed down the phone lines.
You can chat with them on live chat, but that doesn't due you any good. The chat lines are over whelmed.
E-mail you do get a response, but that takes 2 to 4 days to get a response. All is they will tell you is that they ate working on it as fast as they can. Never saw anything like this in my life. There quick to take your money but to get results for them to ship it is another thing.
If I knew this was going to be like this, I would have ordered a purple matteress.
Never do buisness with this company again.

Great Mattress!

This mattress is perfectly soft. You don't sink too far into it, and it supports your back SOO well. The bed frame is beautiful and sturdy and very easy to put together. The sheets and pillows leave something to be desired, but overall, a great purchase! I also recommend enlisting help if you need to move the bed frame or mattress packages. They are incredibly heavy!!

Still a good mattress

I’ve had my nectar for about 2 months now & it is very comfortable but i recently had to remove my mattress cover even though they say not to! it was just way too hot!! i was sweating to death every night & couldn’t tolerate it anymore, but without it i sleep wonderfully.

Solid mattress

The mattress is okay! I have had it for about a year now. It gets a little warm sometimes if I'm keeping all the covers on and i know when my partner moves. Doesn't really have a bounce to it which was really weird at first. The mattress smelled for a good two days so I sprinkled with baking soda and had to use a fan to circulate more air to it.
