Comfortable and Easy to Set Up

Hard and hot

Hard and hot is not what you want your mattress to be LOL. I had to add a pillow top because it is just so hard. It did help my hip pain from my old mattress. I also overheat a lot. My husband doesn't like it because he is a bigger guy and sinks into it. Also DO NOT get their bedframe. Listen, my husband and I are a middle aged couple with two young elementary school kids so we aren't that crazy in the bed and within weeks the frame legs broke and the metal bent in the middle. Nectar sent us a new one which was a little bit different, but guess what? One peg broke and the middle was bent again. Sorry but if your frame can't handle a vanilla middle aged couple, you gotta redesign. I didn't bother contacting them again and just got a new better frame. Just wish I hadn't bothered buying that....anyway, it's not the worse bed but it's not great for people who are super light or heavy like my husband and I.

Forever warranty

My Nectar mattress was great until it started to say! The FOREVER WARRANTY DOESN"T mean a warranty forever, it means you will be forever trying to get any warranty work done. My mattress started to say where I would lie, you would try to turn over and it was like trying to roll up hill. I contacted customer service and sending pictures on several different occasions and about 10 different email, that there was nothing they could do. Never again!!!! I will go with a different company that does have an actual warranty!
