I have had my mattress under a year and I wake up hurting. It’s also tacoing and I sink into my fiancé when we sleep. Disappointed In this purchase.

This is the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. I’d give it more like a 8.5/10 firmness. Not comfortable at all. At first this mattress gave me the worse hip pain sleeping on it, now I also have intermittent neck pains and back pains. After a month craters have formed on both sides of the mattress. I had my previous mattress for 9 years before a crater formed! Do not waste your money on this junk.

Both my wife and I realized after 1 night we’d made a huge mistake buying it.
While they claim to offer free returns, you can’t return anything for 30 days, so it is just sitting it the spare room gathering dust.
So if you want something that is about as comfortable
As sleeping on the floor - try their copper mattress.

Very Comfy, Just One Drawback

I love this mattress, but there is a smell. Granted, the literature that is included earns of it. But two weeks after unboxing the smell is still hanging around. It’s best described as stale, wet cigarettes. Also the surface of the mattress is very smooth so sheets slide all over it. I’ve tried many different kinds of sheets and all of them slide right off or are very slippery underneath me under the night. It’s very disturbing to my sleep and causes me to be hot because the sheets bunch up. Overall the mattress is good but I wish I had known about these quirks beforehand.
