I am so pleased with my purchase! I was skeptical. My shoulder and neck pain on my old bed was seriously compromising my life. No more of that! We got this mattress and the adjustable frame. I have slept all the way through the night for a month now and zero neck or shoulder pain. It is a little hot and I may end up getting a cooling topper for the summer. I am usually very cold, so the heat has not bothered me. I just cannot say enough good things about this bed!

This was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. There is absolutely no support especially around all sides of the mattress, when you sit on the edge of the bed it's like you roll off the bed .

Had the mattress for 3yrs and its broken down

I have had the mattress for 3yrs. Both of the sides have broken down badly where my husband and I lay. I reported it in hopes the warranty would cover it and because of a small tablespoon spill of Kool aid from a toddler it voided my warranty. All because I couldn't get the stain out. I advise you to read those warranties close cause its a joke. It should say its a lifetime warranty till they can find a reason for them to not support it. So upset by this as the first few years on the mattress were great. Till it had broken down to the point it was killing our backs in the morning. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all. We had purchased a California king.
