I cannot believe how much better I am sleeping since purchasing the Nectar mattress. I used to wake several times during the night trying to get comfortable but now I am sleeping better and waking up more refreshed.

I purchased a nectar twin mattress which was shipped to me within a few days. I ordered a twin regular length by accident. I received it and put it on my bed but within a few days I realized it was not the xl version I needed but too short. I called nectar and 1, got someone almost immediately (astonishing today) 2. He was great to talk to 3. Very knowledgeable 4. Could not have done more to help me. He set up a delivery for a new Nectar and also set up the return. I was shocked on how easy it was to deal with Nectar. I had the old mattress only 2 weeks, but without question they took it back. Now for the mattress: Excellent product. Came in a box and unwrapped it and it popped right up to 12” size within a few hours. It is hard , but form fitting to the body. I am a side sleeper and it was wonderful to be able to get up in the morning without hurting all over. Also, I did not believe the cooling claims, but yes it works. The pillows supplied took a few days to get used to, but also were great. I cannot say enough about the company and the product, just so pleasantly surprised at the service and the wonderful product. Nice to see there are companies still interested in the consumer. I highly recommend the product.
