Dont stad behind product

It shows on your website the bed frame i purchased 4 years ago has a 10 year warranty. Its bad enoug i tried to get warenty on mattres but because of a stain they said the mattress is not coverd now you wont stand behind the bed frame either. See atached photo of what web site says on bed frame. Im starting to believe that tou guys do not stand behind tour product. Sincerely an unsatisfied customer.
