We’ve had the nectar mattress for about 2 1/2 years and started to have back pain. Reach out to see if there was anything they could do since there’s a lifetime warranty. Talked to multiple different people and ask pictures multiple different times as well. Nothing was able to be done since there was no apparent damage to the bed. They claim they build their beds differently and last more than 5 years. They state they are better then there competition but are worse if not the same.
Do not buy this mattress.

I like the mattress but probably should gotten the firmest mattress
I have trouble getting in and out of bed due to the fact that I sink about 6 inches due to the softness of the mattress.

After opening the bundle box I saw there was only 1 pillow (told there were supposed to be 2). i wanted that's how I found out there was only 1 pillow"d to return Nectar said, "did you open the bundle?" and I replied, "Yes, that's how I realized there was only 1 pillow" which NECTAR responded, "scroll down to the bottom of the page and read in there you cant return once you open". Well, how would I know? Then I said I just wat to return the matress then... she said, "you have to wait 50 days". Huh? Also the online Chat ended when I asked to talk to a manager... "Agent ended the chat." YICK
