While I have only had my Nectar mattress a few days, I am both thoroughly pleased and upset with it. The mattress itself is great so far. The negative is that the shipment was delayed almost a whole month from when it was originally promised. While I understand issues happen, but there was zero communication from Nectar.

After a long promised delivery we opened the mattress and waited again. Thinking that our ionizer and airfiltering vacuum would accelerate the detoxing period of the "new" smell we patiently waited again. After three days of cleaner air, the mattress still omits some odor, like a brand new carpet. The husband took the plunge and slept on it last night and states it is comfortable, but me on the otherhand is still waiting. Just making the bed with clean sheets etc made my asthma act up a bit. We are still hopefull that with a little time, this will be a good purchase.

Tried two other mattress's before nectar... and was miserable. I'm a side sleeper and every mattress I've had hurts me after about three months. It's been two months on the nectar, and so far it has been wonderful! My husband and I are sleeping great! I fall right to sleep and I don't wake up sore like I used to. With the 365 day trial period, how could you NOT give it a try?! Definitely pleased with this purchase so far!

Love my new Nectar bed, it was worth the wait. So much so, that I just ordered another bed for my daughter. After laying on my bed she had to have one of her own.

I've had this mattress for around 2.5 weeks. I've seen a lot of complaints about shipping times - my experience was this: before I purchased the mattress, there was a note on the website saying it would take several weeks for the product to ship (it gave an exact date). That was fine for me. I wasn't in a mattress emergency :) -- my only note on this topic would be that when that date came, I was surprised that I didn't get a message saying "here's why it didn't ship/here's when it will ship" but, like I said, I wasn't in a rush, and I felt very confident that the mattress would arrive! I believe it was only a couple days later that I got a message that it had shipped - so, on that subject, I will say - yes, it took a while, but they 95% effectively communicated that before I committed. -- The bed showed up in a box, of course! It was easy and fun to open. There was some off gassing but this foam, you can't get around that. it was minimal considering the size of the bed, gone in maybe two days. When I bought the bed it came with 2 pillows. At first, those two pillows were sort of hard and weirdly shaped. But I wasn't too concerned bc I didn't need them. I did put them into some cases and throw them on the bed and about a day later, they were huge! They are almost bursting at the seams. -- The mattress and the pillows are very firm -- those who rate it a 6 on a 1-10 scale, I can't imagine what a 10 would be.... My previous bed was very soft, so it's a bit of a transition. But it feels very supportive and "healthy" for lack of a better word. It feels like its promoting good body mechanics and alignment. I sleep very well on the mattress and those firm, robust pillows! 4 stars instead of 5 for the level of firmness above what I was expecting - however, I am the only sleeper on this mattress and I am very small. I read on a different website that walking on the mattress can help open cells and soften the bed up some. Its really just about a half step down on firmness that would push me to five stars, and I feel confident that it will get there after a little time with me sleeping on it and a little more walking. It feels like a very high quality and resilient mattress. I expect to love it even more in the coming weeks. As it is, I get excited to go to bed every night!

I've spent thousands over the years on "pocketed coils", "plush pillow top" and "individual sleep number" beds and always woke up with stiffness, sore back and tender pressure points. Not with the Nectar mattress. This has revolutionized my sleep. I'm a side sleeper and back sleeper and this mattress is the most comfortable standard king size mattress I have ever owned. I wake up every morning pain free and refreshed. Super easy to set up, minimal off-gasing and the best trial period and warranty around. I've owned a Casper, a Tuft and Needle and also a Purple mattress (kids and guest beds) and none of them compare to the Nectar in terms of comfort, warranty or trial period. You've made it to this site because someone you know has one and they won't stop talking about it. Buy one. Buy it now. It'll change your life forever. Trust me.
