Based on all the reviews, and the excellent ratings, we decided to purchase our first memory foam mattress in July 2022. A king-sized brand new Nectar. We have tried everything to fall in love with it, but it’s just not comfortable. We’ve even received a mattress topper to try to help but it still gives me a backache almost every morning. I’m a side and stomach sleeper that probably is why? And, my husband side of the bed is always leaning “downhill” on the edge. Something just seems wrong, it’s not as comfortable as we had hoped.
We don’t use the pillows that came with it either, because way too high. It was a big investment, and we just keep trying, but both of us have said that it’s just not what we had hoped for. Customer service has been wonderful, but we’re just sad that this bed that we thought we would fall in love may not be the one for us. So, we just may have to go shopping for a new mattress sometime soon. But I really wanted to love it! Not sure what to do next? :slightly_frowning:

Feels like I’m on the floor. If I knew how to return it without the hassle I would. Packaging was great, delivery was quick I had such high expectations and was completely let down. Will most likely purchase a mattress topper so it’s not so hard.
