Don’t buy the frame!!!

Bed is over a year old. The frame collapses at least 5-6 times each week. Nectar refuses to do anything unless I take off the mattress and send pics of the frame, which would most likely after the bed has collapsed with me in it. I am a 70 yr. old widow and am tired of not being able to sleep in my own bed. I ordered a frame today but will not make the Nectar mistake again!

First find out if it is made in the USA

Bought the premium and wanted a soft firm mattress. They sold me a 10” thick and not a 12” and then it was miserably soft. They sent a 2” topper and it slides around. Called them and they said you need to go on line and purchase a no slide sheet. Then we started itching after about 6 months. There is insulation in the topper and inner plus of the mattress. They will not replace this mattress after MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. Once you receive it, don’t expect them to warranty your mattress.. Very disappointing.

I thought the bed would

I thought the bed would be more soft but it sort of feels like a rock. Also my dog makes dents in it so it’s uneven at times.
