Hmm, the mattress doesn’t feel

Hmm, the mattress doesn’t feel as I expected. After reading reviews, I was expecting the mattress to feel like a “cloud” and “pillow”, but it’s much firmer than that. Yes, it’s comfortable, but it isn’t as soft and “sinking-in” as I had hoped and expected.

Not all that!

I've had my nectar for a little over 2 months. I like to sit on the side of my bed and there isn't enough edge support so I have to sit all the way up on the bed. Within the 1st week I discovered that it does sink on the side your lying on. I have a king bed and only sleep on one side. When I rolled to the middle of the mattress it felt like I was rolling up a small hill. I have already turned the mattress once but now I also try to sleep in the middle part of the mattress to even it out. I feel this is too early on to have this problem. Also, I don't get hot flashes and was surprised to find myself getting hot at night while sleeping so the temperature control of heat is not that great. I don't know where all these 5 stars are coming from but I was sadly misled by them. I hate going through the process of returning anything so I'm stuck with the mattress and will have to make it work. I wish I couldn't have found a mattress like my old Beautyrest plush pillow top that lasted me 20 years and was the best mattress I've ever owned.

When you call they lie and lie just to get you off the phone. Then if you call back another day and say oh what they did was correct and they say oh we haven’t lie to you at all but that’s all they do. Btw I ordered on 10/13/22 and today is 10/22/22 and I still have no estimated delivery date. So I don’t recommend this to anyone

Convenient shipping and easy set

Convenient shipping and easy set up but it has terrible support and I sink into it too much even though I only weigh 120lbs. My lower back has hurt since I got this mattress. Didn’t realize it was from the mattress until I went on vacation and slept on a different bed and my back stopped hurting. I don’t know if the hybrid is new but I didn’t see it before I bought this one. Wish I had ordered that instead. Also, this mattress makes me very hot even though it’s cold outside.

Excellent Purchase

I bought this mattress hoping that it would be good for me and my husband. I took the on line questionnaire and answered for me and my husband, and wow! It gave me the mattress best suited for each of us. My heart stand usually complains the first year of having a new mattress but he’s already saying how much he loves it! For myself, I had issues with pressure points (hips, shoulders and back) that made sleeping or even laying down extremely difficult …. Well NOT with this mattress! It’s absolutely amazing! I actually wake up feeling rested! I love it so much I could stay in it all day!
