After reading the numerous positive reviews regarding the Nectar mattress we were very excited to purchase the king-size and upgrade our sleep. Unfortunately, the edges of the bed did not "inflate" entirely and we are left with a mattress sloped on both sides. This causes us to both sleep towards the middle of the bed, rather than having the option to spread out lest one of us rolls off the bed. We were so excited for a king-size bed, but really ended up in the same close-sleeping situation as a queen mattress. Pretty disappointed.

Warranty isn’t what they say

I purchased my queen nectar bed in 2019. It was great for about the first year and would have had 5 stars but then we noticed it was forming impressions where each of us sleep. Over the past few months we have noticed they are really bad so I reached out to see about using our “forever warranty”. I was emailed the steps to follow to do the weight test and send photos. The photos show that there is over 2 inch deep impressions on each side of the bed. Once the photos were received by nectar they responded telling me that this is normal wear and tear. The website clearly states that “If impressions are 1.5 inches or more, we will replace your nectar for free”. This bed is causing me back pain and I am very frustrated that we purchased a bed that had a “forever warranty” and it was pointless.
