Happy with purchase!

This mattress is definitely an improvement over my last mattress. I am getting better sleep quality, my Fitbit says so.

GREAT MATTRESS, SLOW SHIPMENT, STRANGE PILLOWS

My order confirmation stated my mattress would ship on or before a specific date. When my mattress did not ship on that date, I emailed promptly the next morning to customer service to make sure my mattress would be shipped given that I did not have any mattress to sleep on at all at that time. The customer service representative responded promptly and kindly, indicating that they are in a period of transition of warehouses and gave me an estimated date of shipment (about 1 week after the original estimated shipment date). Fortunately, the mattress shipped prior to the second date given by the representative and arrived in great condition. I am not sure how soon I would have received the mattress had I not contacted customer service. My brother received his mattress on the same day I received mine even though he ordered his mattress a week prior to when I put in my order. He also contacted customer service about his order.
The mattress arrived outside my door in good condition and did not require a signature. It was relatively easy to transport to the bed frame and remove the packaging myself. I noticed very little odor, and it was not foul smelling. The mattress took less than an hour to fully expand, the pillows a little longer. The pillows included are quite hard and uncomfortable; my neck feels like it is up a ways from the mattress. It seems as though the same memory foam material used in the mattress is used in the pillows, as there is very little give with just the weight of a head while laying down. I much prefer my previous pillows. I tried to fit shams over the pillows provided, but they are too big. I will have to find some smaller cheap pillows not for sleeping to put in the sham. I am not sure what I will do with the memory foam ones. My friend tried them and did not think they were at all comfortable either...
Overall, comfortable mattress. Does not feel as though when you get up you will see an impression of your body in the mattress because of the memory foam. Still has the memory foam squishy feel to it, but one can still comfortably sit on the side of the bed.
Pros: good mattress for reasonable price all things considered, descent customer service

my wife and I on our first night had the best sleep we've had in a long time. We are in our 4th night and we our both very happy with the mattress, not great pillows though.

Best sleep ever

Absolutely love this mattress!!! I used to always wake up in the middle of the night and now I sleep through the night and I've only had it for a week! The pillows are too bulky for me that's the only thing I didn't like.

A true memory foam for a reasonable price

I love this bed although my body is having to adjust because I’ve never owned a memory foam mattress I have noticed I don’t wake up feeling stiff and I sleep so good most nights I fall asleep and my alarm goes off 5 minutes later or alteast it feels like it I’m guessing that’s a truly good nights sleep which I haven’t had in ever shipped fast was at my house within 4 days slept on it the first night so far so good I will update if needed

Two years on a nectar.

around two years now and I am completely sold on your mattress. Every night, I look forward to going to bed. Your mattress is so comfortable, it takes little time for this old man to drift off to sleep. Buying your mattress is easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made
