Extremely comfortable

My first mattress did not unravel or “inflate” properly. The customer service was excellent and quickly sent me a new mattress. It is so wonderfully comfortable. I sleep great on it and so does my wife. We couldn’t be happier.

The mattress itself is good, the only problem I had was with my bed frame the screws they use to hold the connectors in place are very short. I think my bed frame one side was a little warped so it made the connector disconnect Im sure they would have replaced the item but since I was sleeping on the floor I fixed the frame myself as I did not want to wait for a new replacement to come. Otherwise the mattress itself is good and I’m still happy with my overall purchase

Absent and Inattentive Customer Service

My wife and I ordered a Nectar Mattress that was promoted to be shipped within 3-5 business days of the purchase. After making the large purchase and receiving confirmation with that shipping date range, we were then immediately notified that it would not be shipped within those dates. We made the purchase in order to have a mattress for guests visiting from out of town, but it seems like we will not be able to provide that, and we have yet to be contacted or provided an update from Nectar (even after several emails). We even tried the chat function on the website, to which a customer service representative said she was asking someone from the proper department about the order and would be sending us an update that day. It has been several days and we still do not have an update from her or received any sort of communication from Nectar. I understand the current difficulties in supply chains, but I don't believe the situation just happened to get backed up within 12 hours of us making our purchase.
While reviews express a quality product, we unfortunately have been given the impression that Nectar is misleading and unconcerned with customer satisfaction.

2-4 business days on delivery. Right after they accepted my credit card delivery time turned to 6-9 days. Refused to rectify Stated it was because of hlgh volume
